Do each block 1x through and then repeat before moving to the next block

-30 seconds on, 20 seconds rest

*If it is a single leg exercise, switch to the opposite leg the next time through*

Block one:

  • Squat to step back
  • Squat jumps

Block two:

  • Plank walk outs
  • Release push up

Block three:

  • double lunges
  • X jumps

Block four:

  • sumo squat with heel lifts
  • lunge to knee drive

Block 5:

  • Standing side crunch
  • Good mornings
